How Can we help?

Service Overview

Our mission is to elevate the training environment of companies and agencies o by expanding the skills of both their employees and contractors with effective and targeted training both in-person and virtually.

Training

Our Training Specials have many years of training experience. DH Elevation Consulting will prescreen each trainer to ensure the met the training pre-requisites that you expect. Mark Sisttrunk has over 22 years of training experience. 

That includes working with some of your “seasoned” employees who are resistant to change and well as new hires and it is their first job.

DH Elevation will develop and understanding of your training needs and seek out trainers to met that need.

Support

Our trainers are all experienced and professional trainers. If you seek trainers who are able to provide train the trainer abilities, look no further.

We will provide trainers with a solid understanding of classroom training experience and are adept at conducting training classes that require teach back experience.

We work with a rubric to standardize training enterprise wide.

Measurement

Once the initial training is completed, continued support is imperative to your trainees comprehension. Our organization will provide trainers who understand that concept.

We provide trainers who take pride in their training abilities, as a
result we seek out trainers who are willing to take ownership of your training expectation.

DH Elevation Consulting follows the following comprehensive approach to achieve measurable results from training:

1. Pre-Training Planning:

• Clearly define training objectives and goals aligned with organizational needs.
• Determine the specific metrics and outcomes to be measured.

2. During Training (Levels 1 and 2 – Reaction and Learning):

• Collect feedback through surveys and questionnaires to gauge participant satisfaction and relevance of content.
• Use metrics such as test scores, project evaluations, and completion rates to measure knowledge and skills acquired.

3. Post-Training Assessment (Levels 3 and 4 – Behavior and Results):

• Evaluate the application of learning in the workplace through self- assessment, peer and manager feedback, and on-the-job observation.
• Measure tangible outcomes, such as improved business results, increased productivity, enhanced quality of work, and higher employee morale.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly review and adapt measurement strategies based on evolving organizational needs and industry trends.
